We process customer information only as needed to provide order visibility and supply-chain services.
In this policy, “FONKON” means the operating or contracting entity identified in the relevant quotation, instruction, contract or service page. That entity processes information related to its services under this policy. If the relevant document does not identify the entity, contact us at the address below. This policy is effective from 11 September 2026.
This includes account and contact details, order, container and B/L identifiers, transport milestones, service requests, uploaded documents, activity records, and login or technical data needed to protect accounts and the service.
We use information for identity verification, order visibility, service coordination, document review, exception notices, customer support, security audit and service improvement.
Access is controlled by company, shipment and role. Public pages do not display customer names, cargo values, quotations, customs documents or internal FONKON data. Complete records are limited to authorized accounts.
We may use necessary technology providers for hosting, authentication, email, file storage and AI-assisted review, and process information only as needed for those functions. AI output supports the workflow and remains subject to human review and operational evidence.
We retain information for the period needed to provide services and meet contractual, compliance and dispute-handling requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion or account closure, subject to applicable legal and record-retention duties.
