In these terms, “FONKON” means the operating or contracting entity identified in the relevant quotation, instruction, contract or service page. That entity provides the actual services under the documents confirmed by both parties. These terms are effective from 11 September 2026.
Schedules, ETA, port and customs-clearance time may change due to carriers, terminals, authorities, weather and documents. Website information is an operational reference—not a fixed transit or release guarantee.
The website describes capabilities FONKON may provide or coordinate under a specific instruction. The confirmed quotation, service instruction and contract govern the actual scope, fees, timing and responsibilities.
Carriers and terminals perform sailing and port operations. Competent authorities decide inspection, sampling/testing, release, re-export, return shipment or destruction under applicable law. FONKON provides customs-declaration filing and coordination within the instructed scope and does not guarantee a particular regulatory outcome.
The system distinguishes planned, actual, operator-confirmed, estimated, historical-sample and pending-validation data and shows source and update time where available.
Customers must provide true, complete and timely cargo, document and instruction data, confirm market-access and compliance requirements, and conduct imports lawfully.
The FONKON name, identifiers, page design, copy and system content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or used in misleading communications without authorization.
